Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns on incense or fragrance products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Strange Fire & Fumery. Damaged products will be replaced when possible. If replacement is unavailable or impractical, we may offer store credit, a discount code, or an alternative product instead. Please retain the damaged product and all packaging materials, as photographs or other information may be required for a carrier claim.

Due to our operational requirements, we do not cancel orders.
