Wholesale Terms

The following terms apply to all wholesale orders. Please contact us using the form below for inquiries.

Wholesale Discount:

56.25% fragrance| 50% incense | 50% room sprays

Opening Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $400

Reorder Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $200

Lead Time: ~14-30 business days (the composition of your order and our avaiable supplies will greatly influence this)

Payment Terms: Net 30 from invoice date

Shipping Policy: Free shipping to US (USPS Ground), other services at your expense

Tester/Sampling Policy: 1 free tester per product at 50% wholesale

Returns & Damages Policy: No Returns, Damages Replaced

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund upon cancellation between invoice and shipment, no refund after shipping.

How to Order

I will work with you to put together an order that suits your store and your customers. I can generally supply any products found on the main store page. For retired, limited edition, or seasonal products, just ask! I am happy to work things out when possible!

Additional Services

Testers: We provide testers for each type of product.

* For fragrances, we provide a full-sized tester bottle. Because it isn't sanitary for multiple people to share dropper applications, we remove the glass dropper tube from testers and instead provide a pack of scent testing strips that can be dipped into the fragrance and wafted or applied to skin.

* For incense, we provide a shop pack of each type of incense if you like to burn incense in your space.

* For room sprays, we provide a 2oz labeled tester bottle for each scent.

* Custom or exclusive fragrances. Do you want a customized or exclusive fragrance for your shop? Let us know and we can discuss current pricing and turnaround.

* Signage, displays, and standees. We can provide custom signage, counter displays and standees at cost.
