Fumery Fragrance Tester Program

I’m putting together a small group of testers to help evaluate new fragrances before release.

As a tester, you’ll receive small batches of unreleased fragrances and help shape what makes it into the shop.

Some of these will be close to finished.
Some will be strange.
Some may not work at all.

Your job is to tell me what you actually experience, not what you think I want to hear.

• Rounds happen periodically (usually every 1–3 months)
• Each round includes 3–5 samples
• Participation is opt-in and limited
• You’ll cover shipping (~$5)
• If you opt in, you’re expected to submit feedback by the deadline

This is a good fit if you:

• can describe scents in your own words
• are comfortable giving honest feedback (positive or negative)
• can follow through on deadlines
• are okay with not getting into every round

This is probably not a good fit if you:

• are just looking for free product
• don’t enjoy writing or describing scents
• tend to miss deadlines or forget to follow up

How It Works (In Practice)

Communication for tester rounds happens via email.

When a round is coming up, you’ll receive a heads-up through the tester newsletter with a rough idea of what’s being tested.

When the round opens, you’ll receive a link to a private product listing.
If you want to participate, you’ll place a normal order through that listing (you’ll just be covering shipping).

Once samples are sent out, you’ll receive a feedback survey.
If you opted into the round, you’re expected to complete that survey by the deadline.

As a thank you, testers receive a full 15ml fragrance of their choice for every 4 completed feedback submissions.
