The rewards program software I've been using was lovely to work with, but quickly shifted to a much more expensive plan for the same features. While I was able to keep the changes I'd made, I've been effectively locked out of making changes for a year and a half. While a lot of your enjoy the program and I like the features, I don't think it's worth the monthly fee they want to charge, so I will be deprecating the program on December 1, 2021.
Any unused points will be lost then, so please be sure to redeem the points you have and earn in the meantime. I will continue to look for creative ways to reward my longterm and regular customers, including other reward programs if I can find one that's reasonable.
