Pecan Whisky Dough Incense

I infused a bottle of Revel Stoke pecan whisky with rosemary, thyme and lavender to create Hungary water, one of the oldest alcohol based perfumes. Over several weeks, the fragrance matured in such a heavenly way that I thought it would be fun to make dough incense using the infused herbs, and some of the hungary water.

I'm extremely pleased with the results. These wafers of dough incense should last for 10 or 20 burns, depending how much you like to use. Just pinch off a pea-sized piece and add it to burning charcoal. It will release fragrance through any type of heating. You could cook it on a spoon. I wouldn't.

As I made a limited quantity of perfume, I have a limited batch of incense to pair it with. I absolutely love this batch, but I have a lot of ideas and won't pass back this way anytime soon.
